My name is Missy Glavey-Labedz and I was born and raised in Buffalo, NY. I graduated with my B.A. in Political Science from the State University of New York College at Buffalo in 1994 and I am currently enrolled in the University of Central Florida's M.A. in Exceptional Education. I am married and have two daughters, Nadia is 10 and Ellie is 7. I have lived in Florida for 10 years and I lived in Arlington, VA, just outside of DC for 5 years before moving to FL. I am very slowly learning to like Florida, but if I am ever given the chance to move back to the DC area or to Buffalo I will have the house packed rather quickly! :-) I spend almost all of my time with my family. Nadia and Ellie and I all love to swim, go to the beach, camp, bead jewelry and garden. We also probably spend too much time on iTunes downloading music and videos. . . we all love music! Our absolute favorite thing to do as a family is visit Buffalo! Both mine and my husband's families still live there, so we spend almost all of every summer with them!
